For over a decade, Kogitant’s founder
and principal consultant, Jason Burwell, has been actively
engaged in investing in, developing and commercialising technologies,
having:
- Set up and co-ordinated a successful Cambridge(UK)-based
in-house tech seed fund
- Worked at Partner-level in an early-stage-tech investment
fund
- Successfully supported the negotiation of the contractual ‘bibles’ of
several pre-revenue tech start-ups at series-A rounds (£250k
- £2mio) – from both sides of the fence
- Project-managed multi-million pound international patent
licensing and patent litigation campaigns
- Managed the intellectual property portfolio and co-managed
the in-house legal function of a successful technology design
consultancy
